1. Refund Policy
1.1. Course Fees:
All course fees paid to Isha Training Solutions are strictly non-refundable once the payment has been received. A participant shall not be entitled to request, claim, or demand a refund at any point of time after the course fee has been paid, irrespective of whether the course has started or not.
1.2. No Refund Requests:
Once the course fee has been received by Isha Training Solutions, there will be no provision for a refund under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, non-attendance, change of plans, personal reasons, professional commitments, inability to attend the sessions, or any other reason from the participant’s side.
1.3. Course Material and Resources:
Fees paid for course materials, recordings, resources, or other learning materials are strictly non-refundable once the payment has been received or the materials/resources have been made available to the participant.
1.4. Cancellation by Participant:
Participants may inform Isha Training Solutions if they are unable to attend the course; however, cancellation of enrollment does not make the participant eligible for a refund. No refund will be provided after payment has been received.
2. Cancellation by Isha Training Solutions
2.1. Cancellation by Isha Training Solutions:
In the event that Isha Training Solutions cancels a course and is unable to provide the training, participants will be notified promptly. In such an event, Isha Training Solutions may provide a refund or an alternative arrangement, as applicable.
2.2. Participant’s Circumstances:
Personal circumstances, change of employment, change of plans, inability to attend sessions, or any other reason from the participant’s side will not qualify for a refund.
3. Transfer of Enrollment
3.1. Transfer Not Permitted:
Transfer of enrollment from one course, batch, or participant to another is not permitted. Course enrollment, payment, and access cannot be transferred to another person or another course.

5. Changes to the Policy
