Shailesh Agrawal is an experienced Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI technology professional with 10+ years of industry experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade technology solutions. He is a Salesforce Partner FDE, building Agentic AI solutions and working with multiple international clients, with 7x Salesforce and AI certifications. He is also an Agentforce Legend and works as a Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in building enterprise autonomous AI agents and custom Apex/LWC solutions. With expertise across Salesforce FDE, Agentforce, Data 360, Apex, LWC, Flow, Salesforce Automation, Prompt Builder, RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI, he brings a strong combination of technical expertise and practical implementation experience.

He has also worked extensively across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Loyalty Management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Salesforce CPQ, along with strong expertise in DevOps tools such as Copado, GitHub, Jenkins, and Bitbucket. Shailesh has successfully delivered end-to-end projects as an all-rounder, contributing across development, configuration, testing, deployment, and other project activities. He has effectively leveraged AI tools to accelerate development, improve delivery efficiency, and streamline project execution, enabling projects to be completed ahead of schedule.
