How to Take Help from JMeter Team/Organisation?

Many a times, while working with JMeter, we may stuck in certain situation or scenario, and we are not getting any solution. As last resort, we want to contact the JMeter Team for solution or guidance.

In this article, we will know how to reach the JMeter Organisation or their Team.

You need to send an email to user@jmeter.apache.org with your concern and a subject line.

Doing so, your email id will be registered with the JMeter Team mailing list. You will receive reply from JMeter team or from any user who is there in JMeter Organisation mailing list and has knowledge of your issue.

Going further, an email thread will be created and you will be receiving each mail from anyone who sends their issues to JMeter team, with solution mail too from JMeter team or from other users in the mailing list. You can also reply to any user’s issue or concern.
