Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Refund Policy

1.1. Course Fees: All fees paid for performance testing courses at Isha Training Solutions are non-refundable once the course has started.

1.2. Cancellation Before Course Start: If a participant cancels enrollment before the course start date, a refund may be issued, subject to an administrative fee of 40% of the total course fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the participant.

1.3. Course Material Fees: Fees for course materials or other resources are non-refundable once these materials have been provided to the participant.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation by Isha Training Solutions: In the event that Isha Training Solutions cancels a course, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund of the course fee will be provided. Isha Training Solutions will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by the participant.

2.2. Cancellation Due to Participant’s Circumstances: Participants may request to cancel their enrollment for a course at any time. However, cancellation requests must be made in writing.

2.3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to participant’s account within 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

3. Transfer of Enrollment

3.1. Transfer Request: Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to another course offered by Isha Training Solutions. Approval is subject to availability and the discretion of Isha Training Solutions.

3.2. Transfer Fees: A transfer fee of 1000 INR will be charged for each transfer request.

4. How to Request Refund or Cancellation

4.2. Include Information: Requests should include the participant’s name, course name, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund or cancellation.
